Cellar Door After Hours
A guided candlelit walk through the 1894 vaults, finishing with barrel samples straight from the oak.
The Fermentary opens its vaults after closing time for a forty-minute cellar walk. You will see the old limestone galleries, taste two wines still in barrel, and leave with a take-home sample bottle.
Groups are capped at twelve. Comfortable shoes recommended.
